1. What do bags with ''Preloved'' in the description mean?
A- That means it is a bag that was thrifted or bought used. Bags are cleaned and examined thoroughly to make sure they're in great condition! I give these bags extra love and give them a second chance to be something great.
2. When do you ship?
A- I try and ship packages out within a week after purchase! Due to Covid shipping times may be delayed for the foreseeable future.
3. What if I want a bag that is no longer available?
A- After I've sold most of my restock, I will get started on the next batch of bags! Some designs will be recreated if I see enough interest in them, and new designs will be added in every restock.
